Property Buyers is a buyer-led digital real estate ecosystem operated by Property Buyers Technology Pvt. Ltd., registered in India. The platform facilitates property transactions end-to-end: from verified buyer/tenant demand creation through sub-registrar sale-deed registration.

The platform operates the following user roles:
All users receive a unique account ID upon verification.
Fraudulent listings result in permanent banning and reporting to the relevant State RERA authority.
Our rule-based matching engine scores properties against buyer and tenant demands using multiple parameters: budget/rent, location, property type, carpet area, bedrooms (BHK), furnishing, possession, and urgency. Match scores are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of suitability.
An offer records a user's stated commercial intent. Legal effect depends on the final agreement, applicable law, required signatures and registration formalities. The platform can generate Agreement to Sell and rental agreement drafts using standard templates.
Property Buyers is not a party to any property transaction and does not provide legal or financial advice. Users should obtain independent professional advice before signing.
All fees are exclusive of GST (as applicable).
Specific obligations vary by user role, transaction and state.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
