  • Contact Data: Email address, Indian mobile number, postal address
  • KYC Data: DigiLocker verification data, Aadhaar e-KYC/e-Sign records, PAN verification, document OCR extracts
  • Transaction Data: Property demands, offers, agreements, viewings
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device info, session data
  • Usage Data: Platform interactions, search criteria, match engagement

DigiLocker & Aadhaar Integration

Where you choose DigiLocker or Aadhaar e-KYC/e-Sign verification, we process identity data in accordance with UIDAI guidelines and the Aadhaar Act, 2016. Aadhaar data is used solely for identity verification, stored in masked form, and is not shared with third parties beyond what is required for statutory compliance.

How We Use Your Data

  • We use your data to:
  • Provide and operate the Property Buyers platform
  • Match buyer/tenant demands with seller and owner properties using our matching engine
  • Facilitate viewings, offers, agreements, and sub-registrar property registration
  • Conduct KYC/AML checks as required by Indian law
  • Send notifications via WhatsApp, Email, and In-App for transaction updates
  • Comply with RERA and other Indian regulatory requirements

RERA & Registration Compliance

  • As a RERA-aligned platform, we share necessary data with:
  • State RERA authorities: For project and broker registration verification
  • Sub-Registrar Offices: For sale-deed registration and title verification
  • Empanelled banks & lenders: Only with your consent, for home-loan processing
  • Registered valuers and legal partners: For due diligence on a transaction

Data Retention

  • We retain your personal data for periods required by Indian law:
  • Identity and KYC records: 5 years post-account closure
  • Transaction records (offers, agreements, registrations): up to 8 years
  • Communications and audit logs: 3 years
  • Marketing preferences: Until withdrawal of consent

Your Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

  • Under the DPDP Act, you (the Data Principal) have the right to:
  • Access a summary of your personal data
  • Correct, complete, or update inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data (subject to legal obligations)
