How do I verify my identity on Property Buyers?
We support multiple KYC methods: DigiLocker (recommended), Aadhaar e-KYC/e-Sign, and PAN + document OCR. Select your method during registration.
How does Property Buyers support RERA compliance?
Property Buyers is a technology platform. We require brokers to provide a valid State RERA registration number and under-construction projects to provide a RERA project ID, then expose verification status to users.
How does the matching engine work?
Our rule-based engine scores properties against buyer and tenant demands using multiple parameters: budget/rent range, location hierarchy (State → City → Locality), property type, carpet area, bedroom count (BHK), furnishing, possession, and urgency.
Can NRIs use Property Buyers?
Yes. Property Buyers supports both resident Indians and NRIs. NRIs can complete KYC using passport + PAN and document OCR, or DigiLocker where available.
What happens after an offer is accepted?
Upon offer acceptance, the platform auto-generates an Agreement to Sell draft. Both parties sign digitally via Aadhaar e-Sign. Registration is then coordinated with the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar Office.
